On the basis of not providing proper upbringing, health, education and care to the minor adopted son or adopted daughter on the basis of the date on which the adopted minor or adopted minor becomes an adult and the Nepali Royal Embassy or Commercial Embassy in the country where the adopted son or adopted daughter is or at the request of the Government of Nepal. The body working related to adoption may file a case in the court of the respective country to cancel the adoption within one year from the date of not making such an arrangement.
